We are engineers and scientist who use design thinking to solve problems, create value and make impact.

We use Design Thinking and System Thinking to Accomplish this.

We apply design thinking to systematically extract, learn, design and apply human-centered techniques to solve problems in a creative and innovative way.

The EWB Nigeria Way

1. Empathy: We seek to understand the problem that needs to be solved, constraints that gives framework to begin, benchmarks by which to measure success and create set of design objectives to be realized.

2. Value Chain Analysis: We seek to analysis the different part of the system to understand where opportunities to create better value and improve value lies. We identify value chain activities, determine their value and either eliminate, reduce or improve it to capture new opportunities. Includes the analysis of the business model.

3. Ideation: We come up with design specifications that feed the design of the technology as a system. Includes the design of the user experience.

4. Prototype & Testing: We create minimum viable model of the solution or technology with the aim to test and iterate.

5. Implementation: Put the new solution, technology to work parallel to the existing system.
